We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website and services at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in any activity that harms Astro Digital Labs or others.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program name: Astro Digital Labs Customer Capture System.

Program description: By subscribing to the Customer Capture System, business owners (our "Customers") and consumers who call our Customers ("Callers") may receive SMS text messages from Astro Digital Labs. Customers receive operational notifications including missed-call alerts, service updates, and account or billing messages. Callers who place an inbound call to a Customer's provisioned number that goes unanswered receive a single conversational text-back message from that business (for example, "Hi, this is [Business Name] — sorry we missed your call. How can we help?"), and may receive additional messages only in direct reply to their own responses. No marketing or promotional content is sent.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Customers typically receive between 5 and 30 messages per month based on their call volume. Callers typically receive 1 to 3 messages per conversation.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out — reply STOP: You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from our platform. After you send the word STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number unless you re-subscribe.

Help — reply HELP: If at any time you need assistance, reply HELP to any message for support information, or contact us directly at support@astrodigitallabs.com.

Opt-in: Customers opt in by checking the SMS consent box and accepting these Terms during account signup at astrodigitallabs.com/signup. Callers opt in by initiating an inbound call to a business that uses our service; the text-back is a direct conversational response to that call. Each participating business displays an SMS disclosure on its website, in its voicemail greeting, and on its booking and contact materials.

Privacy: Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent records are never shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how phone numbers and message data are handled.
