PRIVACY
What this site collects, and from whom.
Short version: the form you submit, and anonymous usage analytics. No advertising trackers, no data sold, no third-party cookies set by this site.

Who this is
Astro Digital Labs LLC, based in Smyrna, GA. Questions about anything on this page go tochemworeric@astrodigitallabs.com.
What you give me deliberately
When you submit the request form, you send: your name, your agency's name and website, your email address, and what you tell me about your client's request, industry, stack, deadline and budget, whether the client has approved that budget, and how you'd like me to reply.
If your agency becomes a partner, the onboarding form collects your agency's legal name; billing contact and accounts-payable email; payment method; who approves scopes, change orders and payments; your update channel, time zone and days to avoid; what I should say if a client asks who built the work; the agency name to use in READMEs; client names you want kept from me; your GitHub organization, who owns client repositories, your typical stack, staging conventions and who deploys to production; expected request volume, interest in a retainer and whether I may mention working with you; and confirmation that you have read the partner documents.
You can also upload your logo with that form. It is optional, is stored with the submission, and is used only in deliverables for your clients. Neither form asks for passwords, keys or other credentials; those are shared through a 1Password vault, never by form, email or chat.
Submissions, including any uploaded logo, are received and stored by Netlify Forms, which acts as a processor and passes them to my inbox.
I use it to reply to you and to run the engagement if we work together. I do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
What gets collected automatically
If product analytics are enabled, this site uses PostHog to record anonymous usage: pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device type, and which links were clicked. It is used to understand which pages do their job. It is not used to build an advertising profile, and it is not shared with ad networks.
Your colour-mode preference is stored in your browser's local storage underadl-theme. That never leaves your device and is not readable by me.
Third parties that see something
- Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses.
- Netlify Forms receives and stores form submissions and uploaded files.
- PostHog receives anonymous analytics events, if enabled.
Each has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that data.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Records relating to actual engagements are kept for as long as the business and tax reasons require, and then deleted.
Having it removed
Email chemworeric@astrodigitallabs.com and ask. I will tell you what I hold, and delete it if there is no legal reason to keep it. There is no form and no verification hoop.
Client data during an engagement
Building software for you often means touching your production data. That is governed by the agreement we sign, not by this page. In general: access is limited to what the work requires, credentials live in your systems rather than mine, and access ends when the engagement does.
Changes
If this page changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. There is no notification list, so the date is the honest signal.
