WORK WITH ME DIRECTLY · FOR YOUR OWN COMPANY

Software for your own operations.

If you run operations at a growing company and want the work built for you, not through an agency, these are the two offers. Same engineer, same written scope, published prices.

01 / THE PROBLEM

Three ways this usually shows up.

01.1 MANUAL

Work humans shouldn't be doing.

Someone on your team retypes the same data into three systems every week. It works, until they’re out.

01.2 SILOED

Systems that don't talk to each other.

The CRM, the billing tool, and the spreadsheet all disagree, and nobody knows which one is right.

01.3 QUOTED

Software you were quoted $80k and nine months for.

The scope was padded, the timeline was a guess, and the vendor wanted a discovery phase before committing to either.

02 / AUTOMATION SPRINT · 2 WEEKS · $6,500 FIXED

Two weeks. One workflow gone. Permanently.

Pick the process someone on your team does by hand every week. In two weeks it runs without them, it is documented, and the code is in your repository. These are the shapes it usually takes. If yours is not on the list it is probably a variation of one that is, and the written scope will say which.

DAY 0

Request

You describe the process in writing. One process that bothers you is enough to start.

DAY 1–2

Scope and sign-off

One workflow gets picked, written down end to end, and priced at $6,500. You approve the scope before any code exists.

DAY 3–8

Build

The pipeline gets written against your real data, in your repository, with tests around the parts that would hurt if they broke quietly.

DAY 9–10

Handover

Deployed, documented, and walked through on video. The repo is yours. Nothing in it requires me to keep running.

Price$6,500 fixed, then $1,500–4,000/mo
DeliverablesOne end-to-end workflow automated, documented, handed over

OwnershipWork happens in your repo from day one. Ownership transfers on final payment. README and a walkthrough at handover.
05 / OPS RETAINER

What happens after the sprint.

Optional, and genuinely optional: the sprint deliverable runs on its own. A retainer buys you someone who watches it and keeps building.

$1,500/mo

Monitoring, fixes and small changes to what is already live.

$2,500/mo

The above, plus one new workflow automated per quarter.

$4,000/mo

The above, plus a standing block of build time each month.

This is a direct retainer for your own company. Agencies should use the Partner Retainer instead.

06 / CUSTOM BUILD · 6–8 WEEKS · FROM $15,000

The engineering team you can't afford to hire.

Software no vendor sells you, scoped to the thing you actually need and priced before it starts. Six to eight weeks from a signed scope.

INTERNAL TOOLS
The screen your team currently fakes with a spreadsheet and three browser tabs.
OPS DASHBOARDS
Revenue, pipeline and operational metrics pulled out of the systems they are stuck in.
ADMIN PORTALS
Role-aware back offices where support and finance can act without a developer.
SAAS MVPS
Multi-tenant from day one, with billing and isolation designed in, not retrofitted.
BACKEND APIS
Typed, tested, documented services other systems can build against.
DATA PIPELINES
Ingestion, reconciliation and reporting that runs on a schedule and tells you when it fails.
MOBILE
Native iOS in Swift when the job genuinely needs the device, not a web view in a wrapper.
07 / HOW IT RUNS

Four phases, no reveal at the end.

01

Scope

A written specification and a date, priced before anything is built. You approve it, or you walk with the document.

02

Build in the open

Work lands in your repository from week one. You can read every commit as it happens rather than waiting for a reveal.

03

Friday update

A short video of the working build every Friday, not a status report. Course corrections happen while they are still cheap.

04

Handover

Deployment runbook, README, architecture notes and a walkthrough video. You could hire someone else tomorrow and they would find their way around.
