PARTNER PROGRAM · WHITE-LABEL ENGINEERING FOR AGENCIES
Your name on the work. My engineering under it.
You own the client and the price. I build what's past your stack, deliver it into your client's repo, and stay invisible to the end client. Every step runs in writing.
FIG. 03 — PARTNER REQUEST / FOUR STEPS, IN WRITINGADL-DIA-003
01
Send the request.
Tell me what the client needs, in writing. A paragraph is enough to start.
02
Written scope and fixed price.
Within two business days: what gets built, what it costs and when it lands. Or my questions, if the request needs them.
03
Built in your client's repo.
The work lands in your client's repository, not mine. You get a short video update every Friday.
04
Handoff.
A README and a walkthrough, under your brand. Then a 30-day warranty on what I built.
No calls required. If one helps, it's a 30-minute slot after 4:30 PM.
04 / TERMS
The terms, before you ask.
WHITE-LABEL
Your brand on everything. I never contact your client.
REPOSITORY
Code goes to your client's repo, never mine.

WARRANTY
30 days from handoff, on what I built.

Mutual, and written into the agreement.
RESPONSE
In writing. A scope or questions within two business days.
05 / QUESTIONS
What agencies ask before sending work.
Will my client know you exist?
No, unless you want them to. Everything goes out under your brand, and I never contact your client.
Who owns the code?
Work happens in your client's repo from day one. Ownership transfers on final payment. I keep only my pre-existing tools, licensed to you.
How do you price?
Fixed, per written scope. Prices are published, so you can quote your client before you write to me.
What if the scope changes?
A one-page change order before any extra work. Nothing is added that you have not approved in writing.
How do I pay?
Invoices by ACH or card. Small fixes are paid upfront, Sprints 50/50.
What don't you do?
Visual design, ads, SEO, and live support during business hours.
Can you work with my developer?
Yes, alongside them. I take the piece past your stack and leave the rest where it is.
